Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to lead complex, high-visibility IT software and infrastructure initiatives.
Location: Lansing, MI (Candidates must be local/within 90 miles)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week from Day 1; no remote-only option)
Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual | 2nd Round In-Person (Required)
Key Qualifications & Core Skills
Required Skills:

Project Management: 6+ years of professional experience leading IT software or infrastructure projects with team sizes of 50+ members.

Agile Methodology: Advanced expertise in driving and managing Agile projects.

Project Control: Proven track record managing Scope, Schedule, and Budget for large-scale enterprise projects.

Vendor & Contract Management: Deep experience managing vendors, developing Statements of Work (SOW), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and contract agreements.

Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:

PMP Certification (Highly desired).
