Telecom Field Lead - NBN & Crew Oversight

Service Stream is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead telecommunications field crews across Victoria, with a focus on safety, quality and delivery. The role is hands-on, field-based, and requires coaching subcontractors and coordinating daily activities.

You will work closely with technicians and stakeholders to meet KPI targets, conduct field audits, deliver toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. A strong safety mindset and current driver's license are essential.
