Job Title: Epic Lumens Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Lumens Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, testing, and ongoing support of the Epic Lumens application. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT experience and expertise in Epic workflows and clinical data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Lumens application.
• Analyze business and clinical requirements and translate them into Epic solutions.
• Support application build, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business teams to optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and workflow specifications.
• Perform data validation, issue analysis, and production support.
• Participate in implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide end-user support and assist with training as needed.
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare standards, security, and organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with Epic Lumens.
• Active Epic Lumens certification preferred
• 7+ years of Epic application/healthcare IT experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and clinical data workflows.
• Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments.
