Job Description

Position: Ivanti Neurons ITSM Developer
Location: Remote
Employment: W2 / C2C
Visa: // H1B
Required Skills
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform
  • Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons for ITSM experience highly preferred
  • ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine experience may be considered
  • Strong JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs/JSON
  • ITSM/ITIL processes – Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
  • Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps experience
  • Workflow management and low-code/no-code configuration
  • Experience with workflows, business rules, forms, service catalog, reports, dashboards, and automation
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is preferred
  • Experience with integrations, testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, enhance, and support the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform.
  • Translate business requirements into workflows, business rules, forms, automation, integrations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Develop and support Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
  • Build and troubleshoot REST API/JSON integrations.
  • Develop reporting, analytics, and operational dashboards using SQL.
  • Support testing, UAT, demonstrations, environment promotion, production deployment, and post-production validation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, deployment instructions, and release notes.
  • Participate in CAB activities and manage ITSM platform changes through implementation and closure.
  • Collaborate with PM, BA, QA, developers, vendors, and technical teams in an Agile/CI/CD environment.
