Technical Project Manager Contract Outside IR35 | Days on site will be required Were seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to deliver multiple IT, ERP, data and digital projects, from initial scoping through implementation and adoption. Youll bring structure, ownership and clear communication to a changing environment. Key responsibilities Lead technical projects, including ERP delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies. Coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams to drive delivery and resolve issues. Provide clear reporting to executive, business and technical audiences. Establish practical governance and delivery standards, ensuring change is successfully adopted. Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve delivery efficiency. Essential criteria Five years experience managing technical projects, including ERP implementations or upgrades and multiple projects concurrently. A proven track record of hands-on delivery and driving change through to adoption. Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills. Confidence working with engineers and technical teams. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, plus experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Degree-level education or equivalent relevant professional experience. A pragmatic, self-directed approach, with the ability to build structure and see work through. Eligible to work in the UK and able to travel as required.
