Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.

• You should have hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in the healthcare payer domain (health plans, claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider/member management).
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and the Service Portal / UI Builder.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, and platform administration basics.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and tools such as Jira and Git.
