Territory Membership Sales Representative - Air Medical Services

Air Evac Lifeteam seeks a Membership Sales Representative to grow our air medical membership program supporting emergency helicopter transport across rural communities. In this field-based role, you will generate and qualify leads, deliver compelling presentations, and build strong relationships with individuals, employers, and community partners. You'll educate prospects on membership benefits, drive new enrollments, and support renewals while accurately tracking activity in our CRM. Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for membership sales within assigned territory
• Present Air Evac Lifeteam membership benefits to prospective individual and group customers
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales and retention goals
• Conduct in-person and virtual presentations at community events and partner locations
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, members, and activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to align messaging with mission and services
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving membership concerns
