Membership Sales Representative - Air Medical Transport

Air Evac Lifeteam seeks a Sales Associate to drive membership growth for its air medical transport services across rural and underserved communities. In this role, you'll educate individuals, employers, and community partners on the value of emergency air transport coverage, generate and qualify leads, and close new memberships while supporting renewals. You'll attend local events, visit healthcare and business partners, and maintain detailed CRM records. Success in this mission-driven role requires strong communication, self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to represent a patient-centered, safety-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective and existing members on Air Evac Lifeteam membership benefits and services
• Prospect, qualify, and close new individual and group memberships in assigned territories
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, employers, and community organizations
• Represent Air Evac Lifeteam at community events, health fairs, and outreach programs
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and enrollment support to customers
• Maintain detailed records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM tools
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to align outreach efforts
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and membership growth targets
• Support renewals and retain existing members through proactive communication
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety awareness, and patient-centered service
