Position: Project Manager (Prior experience as Cutover Lead)
Duration: 9 months initial contract opening
Location: Remote, with some site travel (EST, CST preferred)

Job Requirement:
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Project Manager / Business Analyst opportunity supporting a large-scale business separation and technology transformation initiative. This person needs to have supply chain, ERP, or pharmaceutical manufacturing systems. We are specifically looking for strong, hands-on resources with cutover execution experience who can drive day-to-day activities and coordinate across both business and technology teams.


Project Scope:
The consultant will support pre-cutover planning and execution activities to help separate applications, systems, data, processes, equipment, and site capabilities while ensuring minimal business disruption. This individual will partner closely with Technical Product Owners, Business Owners, and application teams to coordinate migrations, testing, cutover readiness, and post-separation activities.


Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Cutover Lead, or similar execution-focused role
• Strong background supporting cutover planning and execution for complex technology transformations
• Experience with:

• • Application and system migrations
  • Data migration activities
  • Testing coordination and execution
  • System/application decommissioning

• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and drive issue resolution
• Experience tracking risks, issues, action items, and cross-functional dependencies
• General understanding of Supply Chain processes
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be highly hands-on and execution-oriented rather than purely strategic
• Most importantly, we need a doer someone comfortable getting into the details, talking directly with business users, asking questions, chasing down answers, coordinating different teams, and driving tasks through completion.

Highly Preferred:

• Divestiture, carve-out, business separation, M&A, or similar transformation experience
• TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) environment experience
• Manufacturing or site technology environment exposure
• Experience supporting multiple physical sites and complex enterprise environments
