Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant on an initial 2-month contract, with the potential for extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA to join a collaborative team of five EAs, supporting senior executives through a period of significant organisational transformation.
The Role You will provide high-level executive support to the COO and CPO, taking ownership of complex diary management, international travel coordination and day-to-day executive administration.
The role will suit an EA who is highly detail-focused, proactive and confident operating as a trusted and diplomatic gatekeeper for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Manage complex diaries and coordinate multiple C-suite calendars across different time zones.
• Coordinate international travel to the USA and India, working closely with the dedicated Travel Coordinator.
• Liaise effectively with executives, other EAs and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
• Act as a professional and diplomatic gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Identify potential diary conflicts, cancellations and changes proactively, ensuring stakeholders are kept fully informed.
• Provide comprehensive executive support, including meeting coordination, minute taking and general administration.
• Work collaboratively with the wider EA team to maintain a consistent and highly responsive support function.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising competing demands and responding quickly to changing requirements.

About You We're looking for an experienced EA who can hit the ground running and immediately provide high-quality support.
The three key qualities are:
Exceptional attention to detail – you will spot the small things others might miss and proactively ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive and "on the ball" – you will anticipate requirements, stay ahead of your executives and confidently manage competing priorities.
Gravitas, integrity, discretion and executive presence – you'll have the gravitas to operate confidently with C-suite stakeholders and act as a trusted gatekeeper.
Required Experience:
• Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior/C-suite executives.
• Strong diary management and international travel coordination experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, complex and collaborative environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The confidence and judgement to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong minute-taking and broader executive administration skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively alongside other EAs and support functions.
• Immediate availability, with a maximum one-week notice period.

What's on Offer? • £250–£300 per day via Umbrella company, dependent on experience.
• Initial 2-month contract with potential for extension.
• Hybrid working – 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
• Working hours of 8:30am–5:00pm, with no regular evening or late-night calls.
• Free onsite parking.

If you are an experienced EA and have all the required experience, please ensure this is all captured in your CV in bullet point form under your previous organisations and send to george.rutt@goodmanmasson.com ASAP to maximise your chances of being progressed.
