Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect / Lead to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions.
Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of AEM architecture experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites
• Expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly
• Experience designing content models, reusable components, and AEM integration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Akamai CDN, including caching, security, and performance optimization
• Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Adobe Cloud Manager
• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, REST APIs, and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of web scalability, security, accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization
• Strong technical leadership, architecture review, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
• Experience or exposure to MCP-based AI agents and content automation is required/preferred for the AI initiative

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AEM architecture and hands-on development
• Design scalable and reusable AEM solutions
• Drive AEM Cloud Manager, CI/CD, and deployment strategies
• Manage Akamai CDN and website performance
• Lead enterprise integrations and API implementations
• Conduct architecture/code reviews and mentor AEM teams
• Support AI-agent and content-automation initiatives
