Job Title: Senior IFS Field Service Consultant (PSO & MWM) or Senior IFS Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)

Experience Required: 12 to 15 Years

Visa Requirements: GC-EAD, -EAD, TN, L2 (Strictly NO CPT, OPT, or H1B)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IFS Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of IFS Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. This senior-level role requires 12 to 15 years of enterprise software experience, with deep, hands-on expertise in setting up and configuring IFS Mobile Workforce Manager (MWM) and Planning, Scheduling and Optimization (PSO) modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical and functional design, configuration, and deployment of IFS Field Service applications for enterprise clients.
Perform deep, hands-on configurations within IFS PSO (Planning, Scheduling, and Optimization) to automate field dispatch logic, SLA tracking, and route calculations.
Configure and integrate IFS MWM (Mobile Workforce Manager) to ensure seamless mobile app functionality for field technicians, handling work orders, time tracking, and parts inventory.
Partner directly with business stakeholders and architecture teams to translate complex field service operational requirements into scalable IFS technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex configuration issues, optimize scheduling engine performance, and coordinate testing and deployment phases.
Provide mentorship and architectural guidance to junior developers and implementation teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 12 to 15 years of overall IT/ERP implementation experience, with a heavy concentration in Field Service Management (FSM) systems.
IFS Expertise: Proven hands-on track record configuring and customizing IFS applications.
Core Modules: Deep technical and functional knowledge of IFS PSO (formerly 360 Scheduling) and IFS MWM.
Techno-Functional Capability: Ability to bridge the gap between business processes and technical system architecture.
Communication: Excellent executive-level communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and present solutions to stakeholders.
