IT Consultant - IBM BAW, IBM FileNet, Java/J2EE, Kofax Capture

  • Proven experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
  • Strong proficiency in IBM FileNet, including document management and content management.
  • Extensive experience with Java/J2EE development.
  • Experience with Kofax Capture for document capture and workflow automation.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies and their implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with enterprise-level document management systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of other workflow automation tools and technologies.
  • Certifications in IBM technologies (e.g., IBM Certified Solution Designer - Business Process Management v8.5.7).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
