Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and good SQL knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring financial modules, supporting implementations, and optimizing finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.

  • Design and document functional specifications and solution designs.

  • Support integrations with Oracle and third-party systems.

  • Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and defect tracking.

  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams.

  • Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

  • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and patch testing.


Required Skills

  • 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Fusion Finance consulting.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials configuration and functional processes.

  • Good SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, and testing.

  • Knowledge of financial integrations and coordination with technical teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and production environments.

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and period-close processes.

  • Experience with end-user training, release updates, and application enhancements.
