Technical Project Manager – Life Sciences / Scientific Computing

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project/program management experience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, clinical research technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of several technologies such as Veeva Vault, Seqera/Nextflow, Dagster, Illumina BaseSpace, Posit Connect/Workbench, SAS, AWS, or IT infrastructure.
• Ability to understand YAML, configuration-as-code, pipeline manifests, Git, and version-controlled technical artifacts.
• Working knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), data integrity, and regulated environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively manage priorities, anticipate risks, and stay ahead of deliverables.
• Bachelor''s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics, or wet-lab research.
• Experience with NGS/bioinformatics workflows, HPC, AWS/cloud environments, AI/ML projects, Python/R, or containerized environments.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, EDC/CDMS, data transfers, and reconciliation.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or comparable certification.
