Job Description

We are looking for an Agile leader to facilitate Scrum processes, coach teams, and drive high-impact initiatives.

Position Details

  • Location: Columbia, SC
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Must reside in or relocate to SC prior to start)
  • Interview Process: Single-Round Virtual Interview

The Crux of the Position

You will serve as a Scrum Master and Agile coach-facilitating daily Scrum ceremonies, clearing team roadblocks, tracking KPIs, and bridging the gap between Agile and Waterfall frameworks to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Required Skills

To be successful in this position, you must have 3+ years of experience in:

  • Scrum Leadership: Facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile management tools.
  • Hybrid Frameworks: Managing projects combining Agile + Waterfall principles.
  • Technical Background: Database Querying & Programming experience.

Education & Certifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree (completed & verifiable).
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Bonus Points: Public sector/government or ERP system experience!
