Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from planning to execution!
 
Location: Columbia, SC (Open nationwide; must work Eastern Time hours)
Work Arrangement: Onsite initially-Hybrid once acclimated
Interview Process: 1-Round Virtual/Online
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance: Lead end-to-end delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risks) using tools like Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and RAID logs.
  • Business Analysis: Direct requirements elicitation, build current/future-state process flows, and define clear user stories & acceptance criteria.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Build executive-level visibility using PowerBI and custom project dashboards.
  • Change Management: Coordinate UAT, system cutovers, user adoption, and cross-functional team alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ Years: Enterprise Project Management experience on complex IT initiatives.
  • 5+ Years: Hands-on leadership in IT, regulatory, or compliance projects.
  • Core Skills: Advanced Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Integrated Master Scheduling, and PowerBI.
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required. PMP or PMI-ACP preferred.
