Job Description
The Delivery Lead will serve as the primary liaison between Front Office stakeholders and Technology teams, driving strategic initiatives from requirements through delivery. This individual will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and ensure successful execution through strong governance, stakeholder management, and clear executive communication.

responsibilities:
Requirements Engineering Product Analysis: Ability to transform ambiguous business requests into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test plans while partnering closely with traders, business users, and technology teams.
Delivery Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, drive RAID and dependency management, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide executive-ready reporting, and maintain strong governance and delivery discipline.
Front Office Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of trading workflows, risk management processes, PL concepts, and Capital Markets products, with Fixed Income and Derivatives experience preferred.
qualifications:
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Delivery within financial services.
Experience with regulatory and control frameworks, audit remediation, change management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and SQL is highly desirable.
