Job Description: Senior RPA Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions.

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Develop reusable workflows, exception handling, and bot monitoring.

• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bot performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare technical documentation and support deployments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong RPA development expertise.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

• Knowledge of Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience with attended/unattended bots, exception handling, and production support.

• Understanding of Agile, SDLC, version control, and CI/CD.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OCR, intelligent document processing, and AI-driven automation.

• Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.

• Relevant RPA certifications are a plus.
