W2 Role : Teamcenter X Technical Lead – PLM

Job summary
Seeking a Teamcenter X Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience in Teamcenter development, customization, integration, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in BMIDE, ITK/SOA, Active Workspace, Teamcenter X integrations, SolidWorks (SWIM), Altium integration, data migration, cloud deployment, and CI/CD practices. Experience working in Medical Device or other regulated industries will be highly preferred.
Required skillsets
•    Lead technical design, development, configuration, customization, code review, deployment, and defect resolution for Teamcenter X
•    Translate architecture and functional specifications into detailed technical designs and reusable implementation components
•    Guide development of BMIDE extensions, workflows, Active Workspace customizations, reports, utilities, and integration components
•    Enforce Teamcenter X customization policies, coding standards, security requirements, maintainability, and out-of-the-box-first principles
•    Coordinate build activities across developers, functional consultants, integration teams, migration teams, and architects
•    Own technical unit testing, build packaging, release management, CI/CD, and environment promotion support
•    Lead technical defect triage during SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
•    6–10 years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience, including experience leading technical teams
•    Strong knowledge of BMIDE, ITK/SOA, Active Workspace customization, workflow handlers, Teamcenter APIs, and deployment practices
•    Experience with Java, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or equivalent technologies used in Teamcenter solutions
•    Working knowledge of Teamcenter integrations, migration utilities, CAD connectors, reporting, and cloud deployment considerations
•    Excellent troubleshooting, team-leadership, technical-documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
