IT Vendor Manager - Infrastructure & Strategic Services (Healthcare)

Abbott Laboratories is seeking an IT Supplier Manager for Infrastructure & Strategic Services to oversee key technology vendors supporting global healthcare operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and SLAs, monitor performance, and drive cost optimization for infrastructure, cloud, and strategic IT services. You will partner with IT, procurement, security, and business leaders to align supplier capabilities with Abbott's mission-driven, innovative culture, ensuring compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement while supporting global scalability and reliability of critical IT services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with IT infrastructure and strategic service suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to optimize value and performance
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, security, and business stakeholders on sourcing strategy
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards
• Identify and mitigate supplier and third-party risk across critical IT services
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for IT supplier spend
• Lead periodic business reviews and governance forums with key vendors
• Support global scalability and reliability of infrastructure and cloud services
• Report supplier performance metrics and recommendations to IT leadership
