SBA Loan Reporting Specialist

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an SBA Reporting Specialist to support accurate, timely reporting for our Small Business Administration loan portfolio. In this role, you will prepare and submit SBA 1502 and related reports, reconcile loan data, and ensure compliance with SBA and bank policies. You will troubleshoot discrepancies, coordinate with lending and operations teams, and respond to SBA inquiries. Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit SBA 1502 and related regulatory reports
• Reconcile SBA loan portfolio data across systems and reports
• Monitor SBA reporting deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• Research and resolve reporting discrepancies and data issues
• Maintain documentation to support SBA and internal audits
