Job Title: Human Resources - Employee Services Generalist

Location: Burbank, CA

Client: Major Entertainment Company

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support employees throughout key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, benefits, and international mobility. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, employee-focused, and skilled at improving HR processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support employee lifecycle services including onboarding, offboarding, leaves, benefits, and international transfers.

·       Partner with HR Business Partners (GBPs), Talent Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal teams.

·       Develop and maintain HR process documentation, knowledge bases, and service catalogs.

·       Support regional and global HR projects, including process implementation and training.

·       Ensure HR processes comply with employment laws and regulatory requirements.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement using data and employee insights.

·       Provide timely guidance and solutions to employee questions and HR-related needs.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

·       3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, or a similar HR role.

·       Experience managing complex HR processes, projects, and initiatives.

·       Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Hands-on experience with Workday.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with Zendesk or other CRM platforms.

·       Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

·       HR certifications are a plus.

·       Strong process improvement and problem-solving mindset.
