Summary:
Serve as a liaison among Product Owners, Business Process Owners, business stakeholders, IT teams, development and testing teams, and external technology partners. Translate business needs into actionable requirements and support the product lifecycle from intake through testing, release, stabilization, and adoption.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $42.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.

Summary:
Serve as a liaison among Product Owners, Business Process Owners, business stakeholders, IT teams, development and testing teams, and external technology partners. Translate business needs into actionable requirements and support the product lifecycle from intake through testing, release, stabilization, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews; document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog; assess enhancement requests and prepare items for prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and vendor execution.
- Provide first-level functional support; investigate and document incidents, defects, and data issues; coordinate resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Plan and coordinate UAT, defect triage, retesting, business sign-off, deployment readiness, release validation, and stabilization.
- Maintain decisions, actions, process documentation, user guides, FAQs, training content, release communications, and status reporting.
- Support mBOMBOD, a strategic enterprise data product serving supply chain, procurement, and downstream digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications or digital products.
- BS Degree required.
- Experience coordinating across business, technical, testing, and vendor teams.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Skills
- Experience with PLM, engineering BOM, manufacturing BOM, product data, sourcing data, or supply chain.
- Familiarity with enterprise master data or data-governance platforms; SAP, Teamcenter, MRP; Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation and geographically distributed teams.
- Clear communication with business users, technical teams, vendors, product leadership, and executives.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation, organization, follow-through, and concise status communication.
