Product Owners (IT Project Managers) for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Plan and execute IT projects and stages, and monitor progress. Confer with internal stakeholders to define business requirements. Review epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, product releases, quality, timelines, transparency, performance, customer feedback, workflows, regulatory requirements, messaging standards, settlement processes, use cases, business rules, sprints, integration patterns, scalability, reconciliation, status reporting, governance, change control, presentations, compliance, controls., budget, scope, gaps. Liaise with business units, define value and metrics. Execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for payment processing platform. Design scalable and automation solutions, script, and support SIT and UAT. Develop data migration and integration strategies. Maintain documentation, identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommend project modifications. Use Agile, Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio, Tableau, Splunk, Terraform, banking and payment platforms, payment lifecycle and reconciliation, ACH processing, Azure, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, APIs, SharePoint, Power BI, SSMS, Lucidchart, Figma, CoPilot, Waterfall, Modeling, Forecasting, SQL, Python. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial/IT Management, or a related quantitative field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing requirements, performance, gaps; designing automation solutions; performing scripting; using Agile, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Splunk, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Power BI, SSMS, Waterfall, SQL. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $142,564 to $142,600/yr.
