Role: Data analyst, analytics & automation

Location: Omaha, NE Onsite

Seeking a highly skilled data analyst with a strong technical foundation and a passion for data-driven problem solving. This role requires hands-on expertise in python, sql, and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive automation across operational workflows.
Required skills & qualifications:
"       strong scripting and programming expertise in python for data analysis, automation, and scalable solutions
"       advanced proficiency in sql for querying, data validation, and performance optimization
"       expert-level experience with excel, including complex formulas, pivots, and data modeling
"       exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
"       strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting technical findings to both technical and business audiences
"       proven ability to work effectively in crossfunctional team environments
"       demonstrated capability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality
preferred / nice-to-have skills:
"       experience building dashboards and analytics using tableau or similar bi tools
"       prior experience with ptc systems and energy management systems (ems), including leader and trip optimizer
experience level:
"       5-7 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in python with a strong focus on data analytics and automation
desired profile:
"       extensive experience delivering endtoend data analytics solutions, from data extraction through insights and production deployment
"       ability to support, enhance, and troubleshoot ems platforms (leader and trip optimizer) through data analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement
