Job Title: Senior Data Analyst – SQL & Python

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite – 5 days a week)

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong SQL, Python, and data analytics experience to support operational improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The candidate will analyze complex datasets, optimize workflows, improve data quality, and develop scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.

·       Develop Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.

·       Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for reporting and data validation.

·       Use advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.

·       Build dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.

·       Automate repetitive processes and improve data accuracy.

·       Support and troubleshoot EMS platforms, including Leader and Trip Optimizer.

·       Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver analytics solutions.

Required Skills:

·       6+ years of relevant data analytics experience, with strong hands-on Python and SQL skills.

·       Advanced SQL querying, data validation, and query optimization.

·       Strong Python scripting and automation experience.

·       Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Must be available to work onsite in Omaha, NE, five days a week, from day one.

Preferred Skills:

·       Tableau or similar BI tools, PTC systems, and Energy Management Systems (EMS), including Leader and Trip Optimize.
