Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Operations & Reporting Specialist to manage routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles. You will oversee data uploads, perform validations, produce standardized reports, and handle stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Upload & Validation: Upload source data daily, reconcile against primary systems, and fix missing or out-of-range values before publication.

• Report Generation & Distribution: Build daily, weekly, and monthly reports using standard templates and email them to stakeholders on schedule.

• Issue Resolution & Support: Investigate data errors, trace root causes with data owners, and answer stakeholder questions on metrics and schedules.

• Process Maintenance: Maintain detailed SOPs for all reporting cycles and suggest automation/simplification ideas to management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years in data operations, reporting, or business analysis with recurring deliverables.

• Technical: Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, logic functions, large datasets).

• Skills: High accuracy, strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and ability to work independently to deadlines.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Exposure to sales, pricing, or trade finance data in consumer goods or electronics.
