Sr. Salesforce Developer-Remote

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years building on the Salesforce platform.

Deep hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, asynchronous processing, and the Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs.

Demonstrated B2C or direct-to-consumer experience consumer-scale data volumes, high-traffic customer journeys, and non-employee end users.

Experience integrating Salesforce with ecommerce, payment, or fulfillment systems.

Proven track record delivering in ambiguous environments: incomplete requirements, competing stakeholders, and evolving priorities.

Experience as the primary or lead Salesforce resource in an organization with limited in-house platform expertise including running your own discovery with business stakeholders who cannot specify requirements in Salesforce terms.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical business partners.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
