Guidewire Policy Center Developer || 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to support development and production operations for enterprise insurance applications. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, customizing, and enhancing Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions while ensuring application stability, performance, and alignment with Guidewire best practices. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on PolicyCenter expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting applications throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•             Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions based on business and technical requirements.

•             Develop and support integrations between PolicyCenter and internal systems, third-party applications, and related Guidewire platforms.

•             Provide production support for PolicyCenter applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification, issue resolution, and follow-through.

•             Evaluate application defects and operational issues, implement effective corrective actions, and help prevent recurring incidents.

•             Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance teams, architects, product owners, and other developers to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.

•             Participate in solution design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

•             Apply Guidewire development standards, design patterns, and best practices to promote scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.

•             Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, enhancements, and support procedures.

•             Support continuous improvement efforts related to application performance, stability, delivery quality, and development processes.
