The Role

• Manufacture and install high-quality sheet metal components, including ventilation systems and internal fittings.
• Interpret engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using various tools.
• Produce accurate, well-finished work to meet required standards and quality expectations.
• Apply practical problem-solving skills to resolve manufacturing and installation issues.
• Collaborate within a skilled team to maintain a safe environment and ensure reliable installations.

What You'll Need

• A recognised Modern Apprenticeship, Trade Papers, or SVQ/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, marine, or other practical engineering environments.
• Understanding of SHE and COSHH requirements, with a commitment to safe working practices.
• Ability to work with engineering drawings to measure, cut, shape, and assemble components accurately and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills for high-quality work.
