Profound Consultant

We are seeking a Profound Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring the Profound platform, including Agent Analytics, AI crawlers, integrations, and AI visibility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Profound implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Implement Profound Agent Analytics, crawler verification, bot analytics, and page-type methodology.
• Configure GA4 and Adobe Analytics extensions.
• Implement integrations with Cloudflare, Amazon CloudFront, Vercel, Fastly, Netlify, Akamai, Google Cloud CDN, and custom log sources.
• Work with Shopify and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integrations.
• Configure Profound Agents, ProfoundBot, and Profound MCP for AI applications and agents.
• Analyze AI crawler activity, visibility, citations, and crawlability.
• Troubleshoot integrations, data ingestion, and analytics issues.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, SEO/AEO, and business teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Profound experience.
• Strong experience with Profound Agent Analytics and Profound implementations.
• Knowledge of CDN/server logs, APIs, web technologies, and cloud integrations.
• Understanding of AI crawlers, AI search, AEO/SEO, visibility, and citations.
• Strong client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.
