Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, reusable, secure APIs and integrations connecting cloud and on-premises applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Mule ESB and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and microservices-based integrations.
  • Implement integration patterns including:
    • Routing
    • Transformation
    • Aggregation
    • Scatter-Gather
    • Content Enrichment
  • Design robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams for end-to-end integration delivery.
  • Follow best practices in API-led connectivity, security, performance optimization, and governance.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across integration initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall IT/integration experience.
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Mule ESB.
  • Strong experience designing and developing enterprise integrations.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and SOAP web services.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and integration patterns.
  • Experience with data transformation and integration technologies.
  • Experience with PL/SQL.
  • Strong understanding of integration security, performance, monitoring, and governance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MuleSoft architecture or development certification is a plus.
  • Experience integrating cloud and on-premises enterprise applications.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience creating technical architecture and design documentation.
  • Experience supporting production integration environments.
