Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and develop AI applications and services using Python, generative AI APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
2. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and real-time inference services with applications and enterprise systems.
3. Apply natural language processing and machine learning techniques to analyze and structure unstructured data.
4. Design, document, test, and optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6+ years of experience in AI/ML, software development, data science, or related fields, with hands-on experience developing and integrating AI-powered applications.
Technical Skills	Python, Generative AI, Azure AI Services, REST APIs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, JSON/Structured Data, System Architecture
Business / Domain Skills	AI Solution Design, Data Analysis, Process Automation, Conversational AI, Technical Documentation, Stakeholder Communication
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise AI applications, conversational systems, or cloud-based intelligent solutions.
2. Familiarity with API integration, cloud architecture, security, and data privacy practices.
3. Experience working with sensitive or regulated data environments and explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
