DevOps Engineer - Charlotte, NC - Contract - $65-70 Per HR

Join our team as a DevOps Engineer in a dynamic hybrid setting within the Charlotte, NC region. This contract role requires expertise in implementing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. You'll work with a variety of technologies to support enterprise-level applications and enhance our deployment processes.

Description

• Design and support CI/CD workflows for diverse applications.
• Automate deployment and release processes across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline application releases.
• Integrate testing and security measures into delivery pipelines.
• Manage secrets and certificate provisioning for secure deployments.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for deployment issues.
• Utilize monitoring tools to ensure application availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure CI/CD workflows and manage security controls.
• Enable teams to adopt CI/CD practices and reduce manual efforts.
• Migrate pipelines to new platforms and optimize workflows.
• Implement consistent version control and release management practices.
• Automate deployment and release verification activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in using tools for pipeline and platform migrations.
• Strong scripting skills in multiple programming languages.
• Experience with automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates.
• Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies.
