The Role

• Construct and erect overhead power lines for high and extra-high voltage networks (110 – 380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair work on German overhead line networks.
• Safely operate specialized machinery and equipment.
• Contribute to projects that support climate protection goals and the energy transition.
• Work on new construction and modernization projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade qualification (e.g., roofer, bricklayer, carpenter, scaffold builder, metalworker, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights and possess physical fitness.
• Proficiency in German language skills.
• A valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel extensively on a weekly basis (Monday-Friday), including overnight stays.
• An independent work style, reliability, and strong team spirit.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior formal training.
