The Role

• Construction and installation of overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110-380 kV)
• Maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks
• Professional use of machinery and equipment
• Contributing to the success of the energy transition

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade background (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, locksmith, electrician) but willing to train motivated career changers with manual dexterity
• Ability to work at heights and good physical fitness
• German language proficiency
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (weekly, Monday-Thursday, including overnight stays)
• Independent work style, reliability, and team spirit
