The Role

• Construction and erection of overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Maintenance and servicing of German overhead line networks.
• Professional use of machinery and equipment.
• Contributing to new construction and modernization projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade qualification (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffold builder, locksmith, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and good German language skills.
• Interest from career changers with manual dexterity (previous experience or qualifications are not mandatory).
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and high willingness to travel (weekly from Monday to Thursday, including overnight stays).
• Independent work style, reliability, and team spirit.
