Job Description

Tucker's Farm is hiring a full time Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale our recruiting function across our corporate team and our growing portfolio of companies. You'll set up the processes, sourcing channels and hiring speed we need, partnering directly with the COO and portfolio company CEOs to turn their hiring needs into a reliable, high quality talent pipeline. Fully remote, start immediately. Comp is $100,000 base plus performance bonus and $5,000 per signed offer letter.
