Product Manager, HIV Treatment Marketing

Product Manager supporting HIV Treatment marketing operations at Gilead Sciences. This role manages marketing coordination, production logistics, and financial oversight for the HIV Treatment Marketing Team, requiring detail-oriented project management across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities
Support HIV Treatment brands by managing websites, metadata, and regulatory submissions through PRC
Coordinate cross-functional engagement with field teams, community liaisons, and advisory committees
Conduct monthly review of print materials, manage inventory systems, and approve promotional proofs
Manage marketing finances including budget tracking, accruals, forecasting, and bi-weekly vendor meetings
Track work orders and purchase orders daily; provide status reports and production cost analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with six years of experience, or Master's degree with four years of experience
Strong project management and organizational skills with proactive initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with digital marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry marketing preferred
Financial management experience and familiarity with Veeva platform a plus
Compensation:
$146,540.00 - $189,640.00 base
