Product Manager with Retail Systems Exp Contract Need Local Irving, TX

Duration     6 months with extensions possible

Location     Irving, TX(Fully Onsite)

Need to be really solid product managers first. Need to see experience with owning product strategy. Not looking for a scrum master or BA.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise tools, operations platforms, integrations, workflow systems, or retail technology
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technical, vendor, and field teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, dependencies, and tradeoffs
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution
• Experience defining or delivering integrations, APIs, data exchanges, or connected workflows is strongly preferred
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work
• Familiarity with 7BOSS, store systems, workflow management, task management, or retail operations is a strong plus
