Territory Sales Specialist - Texas

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Sales Specialist to market and sell TTM products across Texas. The role involves expanding customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, conducting product training and demonstrations, and managing clinical analytics subscriptions in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Market and promote TTM products to key targeted accounts and expand customer footprint
Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts and quotas for TTM products
Conduct in-person product training, simulations, and formal results presentations to clinical staff
Identify and manage TTM Analytics Subscriptions and support clinical data collection
Participate in territory business planning, collaborate with field teams, and monitor service agreements
Requirements
1-3 years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish customer rapport and build business relationships
Strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills
Organization and time management for prospecting activities
ICU nursing experience preferred
