Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architect to fill a temporary leadership gap within our organization. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability while working remotely on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance enterprise routing and switching networks, with a focus on BGP and related protocols.


• Understand and work with sophisticated enterprise routing solutions, including copilot-type integrations.


• Provide technical expertise in Cisco network environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.


• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing network operations, troubleshooting, and optimization.


• Travel as needed to support on-site requirements and project needs.


• Assist in the onboarding and mentorship of additional engineering resources as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior network architect with a strong background in BGP, BGP multiprotocol (bi-grp), and enterprise routing solutions.


• Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols.


• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.


• Extensive experience working with Cisco network hardware and configurations.


• Comfort working remotely with East Coast hours.


• Ability to travel as required.


• Able to start within the period of October 12-19.


• Experience serving as a senior engineer or similar senior technical role.
