Job Description

  • Perform functional testing of insurance policy administration systems, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

  • Test annuity transactions, including premium payments, withdrawals, surrenders, and benefit calculations.

  • Validate business rules, policy data, premium calculations, and annuity payouts against business requirements.

  • Prepare and execute test cases based on functional specifications and requirements.

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

  • Validate customer information, beneficiary details, policy lifecycle transactions, and data flows between insurance systems.

  • Log, track, and retest defects using Jira or HP ALM.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to resolve functional issues and ensure quality delivery.
