Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resilient, clean, and maintainable code across the entire stack—spanning responsive React frontends, Python microservices, and cloud-native backends.
• Partner closely with product managers and domain experts to deconstruct complex user journeys and identify the highest-leverage technical solutions.
• Design robust, modular system architectures and clean API contracts that scale across enterprise workloads.
• Serve as the technical benchmark for complex codebases and system architectures, maintaining deep technical fluency to spot bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor fellow engineers through pair programming, architectural discussions, and sharing reusable mental models.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with React.js (functional components, hooks, state management), TypeScript/JavaScript, and responsive CSS.
• Robust backend engineering in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) focusing on clean RESTful/GraphQL API design.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL/Document databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred: Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway) and Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Practical proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
