Role: Business Analyst / Operations Analyst Commercial Loan Transactions

Location: Stamford, CT/Southington, CT (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ months contract

ROLE_DESCRIPTION:

• Support end-to-end processing of Commercial & Syndicated Loan transactions including loan servicing, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, assignments, transfers, and fee processing.
• Analyze loan operations workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and support business and system enhancement initiatives.
• Review loan documentation, validate transaction details, and ensure compliance with operational controls and regulatory requirements.
• Process and authorize daily funding, payment, and fee transactions through platforms such as ACBS, Flexcube, and Finacle.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, transaction exceptions, and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare daily operational reports, track transaction status, and provide management updates on key metrics and risks.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to support seamless loan lifecycle management.
• 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Lending, Loan Servicing, Corporate Banking Operations, or Syndicated Loan Operations with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
