Position: Commercial Lending Originations Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term

 

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • You should have experience as Partner with credit, underwriting, and IT teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements for credit memo workflows and CRE loan origination systems (e.g., nCino) into functional specifications and system configurations
  • You should Analyze and optimize existing credit memo processes — including data flows from financial spreading, underwriting analysis, and approval workflows — to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual processing time
  • You should Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations related to credit memo templates, loan origination platforms, and portfolio monitoring tools, including UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage
  • You should Serve as a subject matter liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging prior hands-on experience with credit memo preparation/review in a CRE lending environment to ensure system solutions align with underwriting and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
