The Role • Commissioning electrical components and complete substation projects across medium, high, and extra-high voltage levels. • Analyzing and resolving faults within protection and control systems, collaborating with expert teams to drive improvements. • Programming and parameterizing high-tech protection and field control devices from leading manufacturers. • Performing precise commissioning of digital protection and control technology using state-of-the-art testing equipment. • Contributing to the development of energy infrastructure, including substations and connection points for renewable energy sources. • Collaborating effectively with project leadership, planning, and assembly teams to ensure project success. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering. • Experience or strong aptitude in protection/control technology, with a preference for prior experience in commissioning switchgear. • Familiarity with common communication standards (e.g., IEC 60870-5-101/103/104). • Proficiency with parameterization software (e.g., Siemens DIGSI, Schneider MICOM) and testing software (e.g., OMICRON Test Universe) is advantageous. • Strong team player with excellent decision-making and communication skills, including fluent German. • Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel predominantly Monday-Thursday.
