Ripple Fiber is seeking motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Work within a fast-paced, casual, and FUN environment with fantastic earning potential! The Ripple Fiber sales team does more than close deals.

Canvass assigned territories to generate orders and promote Ripple Fiber.
~ Educate potential customers on features, pricing, and advantages of fiber internet.
~ Meet and exceed sales quotas.
~ Collaborate with the Marketing Department on sales efforts.
~ Analyze market trends to increase sales.
~ Prepare and submit sales orders.
~ Maintain customer records and track sales activity using the CRM platform.
~ Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, and timelines.
~ Attend regular sales team meetings.
~ Represent Ripple Fiber in a professional and positive manner.

Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
~ A commitment to excellent customer service.
~ Skilled in cold outreach with a proven ability to convert interest into sales.
~ Utilizing CRM to optimize sales calls.
~ Exerting necessary sales efforts and thinking outside the box to meet sales quota.
~ Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
~ Sign-on bonus + base salary + uncapped commission structure.
~ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) with company match.

$250 Sign-on Bonus after 90 days + Total Compensation Package up to $95K + Uncapped Commission!!!
