The Role

• Partner with leadership teams on recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Interpret and apply HR policies to balance business needs with employee well-being.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with employees and leaders to define career paths and development opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR or relevant business experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to create and execute recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent coaching and employee relations skills.
