Develop scalable HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement talent management initiatives and drive employee engagement. Ensure reliability in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement to minimize risks. Champion innovative HR practices that enhance workforce productivity and adaptability.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
~5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in large-scale or matrixed organizations.
~ Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and employee relations.
~ Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management.
~ 3 or more years of Labor Relations/Union experience
Timely delivery of HR projects and achievement of strategic goals. Effective collaboration and leadership within HR and business teams.

Reduction in employee relations issues and increased operational efficiency. Leverage advanced HR technologies and contribute to Alstom’s strategic vision.
